Not unless you want there to be! If you want us to provide whizzy words, fabulous photos, or a luscious logo, you can buy more of our help. But we are happy for you to stick to the basics and you’ll still get a great result for your business.

No. You’re free to leave at any time. Just cancel your payment and let us know you’re leaving. We don’t think you’ll want to though.

You can export your website data, page text and posts at any time. If you wish to take the website design with you and you’ve been with us less than 3 years, we’ll charge £350. You can then transfer it, lock, stock and barrel, to another hosting company or design agency.

More than enough to get you up and running. Our 1 Gig allowance is ideal for the starter package, while 3 Gig is plenty for an online shop. If you do grow so big you need more, just add it on with a quick visit to our shop.

Not just can, you will – and confidently. You can change text and photos, add or remove pages, and tinker to your heart’s content. We’ll provide the help you need to get started and then grow confident.

Email is the most cost-effective way to help with any issues or enquiries. It might feel impersonal but it saves you a bigger bill, and we work hard to reply within 24 hours.

Any online income will be automatically transferred into your bank account from the secure online payment system. What’s more, it’ll drop in within 24 hours.

Yes. Requests for design or structural changes can be purchased at our standard hourly rate (£40). Please get in touch to find out more.

Updates to the WordPress system and key plugins are updated by us on a regular basis. Did we tell you we do this for FREE?

Unfortunately not. It’s not possible for us to manage the system and keep it secure if you do. We charge a standard hourly rate (£40) to handle installations.

Yes although we don't include setting up personal PC's or devices within the cost. We'll provide mailbox details to use in your email software such as Outlook. We can recommend a local IT company who will help with that if you have any problems setting these up.

Yes, WordPress includes an excellent blogging system.
